Usage Guide

*Product delivery is limited to locations within Japan.

【About Payment Methods】
The following payment methods are available:

1. Credit Card Payment
VISA, Master, Amex, and JCB credit cards are accepted.
The total payment includes "product price + shipping fee".
Payment in "one lump sum" only.



2. PayPay
To use PayPay, you must register for a PayPay member account in advance.
You can use either 【PayPay Balance】 or 【PayPay Credit (formerly Postpaid)】. Credit cards cannot be selected directly.
For payments made with PayPay Balance, you need to charge your PayPay Balance in advance.

3. Merpay
You can make payments using your Merpay balance, points, or Merpay Smart Payment (for eligible users) through the flea market app "Mercari".
To use this service, you need to install the "Mercari" app and register as a member in advance (supported only on smartphones).

The maximum amount for a single order is 100,000 yen (tax included).
*If your identity verification on "Mercari" is not complete, the total usage amount for a single transaction and a single month will be limited to 100,000 yen.
*If you use Merpay Smart Payment and choose convenience store payment, a separate settlement fee of 220-880 yen (tax included) will be charged at the time of settlement, in addition to our billing amount. (This fee varies depending on the settlement amount.)

4. Rakuten Pay
Rakuten Pay is a service that allows Rakuten members to make "easy," "secure," and "advantageous" payments even on websites other than Rakuten Group.
You can earn and use Rakuten Super Points according to your payment amount.

*If an order placed using limited-time Rakuten Points is cancelled, and the expiration date has passed, the points will expire and not be refunded. This also applies to cancellations due to our circumstances, such as product unavailability.

5. Paidy
Paidy is a cardless payment service provided by Paidy Inc.
You can shop without prior registration, using only your email address and phone number.
All Paidy purchases made within a month are consolidated and paid the following month.
On the 1st of the following month, you can check your Paidy bill notification on myPaidy (an account created when you first used Paidy).
Please pay at a convenience store, via bank transfer, or by automatic debit according to the payment instructions in the bill notification.
The fee for convenience store payment is 390 yen (tax included).
*Only lump-sum payments are available.

How to use:
1. Select "Paidy" as the payment method, and you will be directed to the Paidy payment screen.
2. Enter your email address and mobile phone number.
3. Paidy will send a 4-digit code to your mobile phone via SMS for identity verification.
4. Payment process complete.

● The total amount for your purchases will be billed the following month.
You can check your bill on myPaidy on the 1st of the following month.
You will also receive a bill notification via email and SMS (short message) between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
Please pay at a convenience store, via bank transfer, or Pay-easy by the 10th according to the instructions.
For automatic debit, the payment will be withdrawn on the 12th of each month.

*For bills in January and May, the withdrawal date may be the 20th (or the next business day if the financial institution is closed).

6. Apple Pay
This payment method is available only on Apple devices.
You can use it by registering your credit card or e-money in advance.
You can use it by accessing this site from Safari on iOS or macOS.
Please note that for online use only, VISA brand cards issued in Japan cannot be used with Apple Pay.

7. Google Pay
You can use it by registering your credit card or e-money in advance.
You can use it by accessing this site from web browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

8. d払い (d Payment)
"d払い" is a payment service provided by NTT Docomo.
You can use phone bill combined payment, d払い balance, or credit card payment.
The maximum amount for a single order is 100,000 yen (tax included).

Phone bill combined payment is available to those with an sp mode (or i-mode) contract, or those using ahamo internet connection service or irumo internet connection service.
Even if you do not have a line contract with Docomo, you can use it by registering for a d account.

Products will be shipped using Yamato Transport.
*Please note that the shipping carrier may change without prior notice.

【About Shipping Fees】
Shipping is free for purchases of 3,520 yen (tax included) or more.
Additional charges, such as transit fees, may apply for remote islands.

【Changes, Cancellations, and Returns After Ordering】
We do not accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before placing it.

【About Receipts】
Our store does not include receipts with the product.
If you require one, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please specify the recipient's name and purpose of payment and contact us via the inquiry form.



【Important points for email address registration】
After your order is confirmed, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive an email after more than one business day has passed since placing your order, it may be due to an incorrect email address or blocked reception due to your mobile phone's spam prevention settings. Please check that your registered email address is correct and adjust your settings to allow emails from because_support@ec.because-jp.com. If you do not receive a response from us after more than 5 business days since your order or inquiry, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us again using a different email address or by phone.
